What I did:

Design the story outline

Designed and completed a story outline, assigned chapters to different team members, and regularly reviewed their work, answered questions they asked, and revised their manuscripts.

Design the characters story

Searching a lot of information about the era background of the game through the Internet, and based on this, I designed characters that fit the sense of the times and gave these characters corresponding personalities to promote the development of the story and make the characters come to life.

Designed the performance of the game

Designed the performance of the game, including sound effects to match the dialogue, vibrating screen effects, etc.

Designed the gameplay

Designed the gameplay: different dialogues lead to different branching endings, different options change hidden parameters, etc.

Designed and draw game scene arts

According to the outline of the story, the scene art that must be used is first drawn, such as the interior of the police station; the scene art that matches the content of the story is designed according to the detailed manuscripts provided by other members, such as the coffin of the general in the cave.

Designed and draw the characters arts

The costumes and art are designed for the characters according to the character's personality and era background.

Build the game

Use RPG Maker MV as game engine, learned the usage of the engine through the Internet, and skillfully used the functions encapsulated by the engine to complete the construction of the game within three days.

Translation

Translate the game into Chinese and set it as the optional language.

Actively communicate with group members

Hold this group meeting at least once a week, record the work that each member is responsible for in a document format, and actively communicate with the group members responsible for different parts, and keep an eye on the progress of game development.
